Money Match TV 7 – Final Live Event of 2010

2010 has been an amazing year for Cuesport TV. Traffic levels are much higher than 2009 and we have live streamed more than 20 live events across the year.

The traffic levels we have to obviously thank our viewers for, without you Cuesport TV would not actually be anything!

Money Match TV 7 will be the last live event of 2010 and we had planned to finish on one of the biggest money matches we have had, Chris Melling v Jayson Shaw. However, due to the weather in Scotland Jayson has had to pull out meaning a slight change of schedule. You can see the full event details over at out Facebook event page here.

It has to be noted that our Facebook fanpage has been one of our biggest successes of the year, it now stands at 2020 people, up from around 650 at this point in 2009.

One of the other successes has been The Money Shot from MMTV 5, this is something we hope to bring back to every Money Match TV event going forward, a shot of the day style video. We have managed to partner with Snooker Cues supplier Billiards Boutique to offer a voucher to one viewer who selected the overall winning shot.

So here is to 2011, we hope you have enjoyed Cuesport TV over the past year and can join us as we bring you more live events in the New Year.

Big Thanks to our Facebook Fans

Back in late December I set the challenge of trying to get 1000 fans to the Cuesport TV Facebook Fanpage by January 31st.

I can announce that even with another 4-odd hours remaining we have passed the target.

What this means is, that as promised, we will make a £100 donation to the Paul Hunter Foundation. In addition we will be awarding a £50 voucher to one fan to be used at Billiards Boutique.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that supported the challenge and have either discovered or continued enjoying Cuesport TV. I now have to think up another challenge and fundraiser to push us over the 2000 fan target and beyond.

Later this year (probably March) we will have an exclusive Guinness Record attempt that will be shown live online throughout the duration. For this we will be asking for donations from our viewers and fans to raise some good cash for an excellent cause.

So once again, Big Thanks!
